They also host activity and team bonding day here. Any good golf course is sadly lacking without a good clubhouse, but Scarthingwell is well ahead of the game here, sporting a spacious clubhouse with modern tasteful interior and a very good 19th! Catering is in the form of the Dintingdale Restaurant which is run by Kathy’s sister, Eileen. Eileen is passionate about having the highest standards of food, surroundings and service. So well has this been achieved that the restaurant has been opened to the general public as well as members. Open five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, Dintingdale is the perfect venue for intimate meals for two through to weddings, parties and family celebrations. Eileen is fully supported by son in lwa Ben who is a valuable member of the team. They are deeply committed to high quality food, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local producers wherever possible.
