Decisions are made from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed . We make big and small decisions every day . We also think that the big decisions make the most impact when the small ones have the power . You are responsible for every decision you make for yourself . The food you put into your body , what clothes you wear , and when you go to bed all determine success somewhere in your life . We are an instant gratification society . We want it all , and now ! We all know that time and patience is the key . We invest years of our time in school to reach our academic goals . We put time and patience into the gym and wait to see our results months and years later . So why do we put so little effort into some of those very important micro-decisions ?
Wouldn ’ t it be great to have someone there to help with our everyday health decisions ? Pick This over That . Choosing is not right or wrong ; it ’ s choosing what ’ s right and healthy for you and your body .

Every one of you is a celestial being made up of stardust in a meat suit ( skin )! So , always go with what your body needs . Pay attention to what feels good on you and for you !
A little tip when choosing food — close your eyes and picture the two things you ’ re deciding between . Ask yourself . Does this feel good in my body ? Sit with it for a minute . You will get your answer !

Linen Linen is one of the most biodegradable and stylish fabrics . It is strong , naturally moth-resistant , and made from flax plant fibers . It ’ s fully biodegradable . Linen can withstand high temperatures , and it absorbs moisture without holding bacteria . It ’ s actually stronger when wet than dry and becomes more pliable the more it ’ s washed . Linen is one of the better options on the market .
