The atmosphere, overall, is pretty solid. A lot of people here take the gym seriously, and there is a lot of

natural light. There are also very few gyms higher than ground level, so being on the second floor is kind

of a treat.

Audience- The audience here is generally pretty serious about the gym, with most of the audience focusing on the more bodybuilding style exercises or straight cardio.

Air flow- It usually feels a bit warm in here, but the air flow is decent. I think it’s mostly because of the shear volume of people working out at any given time.

Business level- Business level is usually very hectic after normal work hours, so be mindful of that. During other times, it’s not bad at all.

Lighting- Lighting is really good! There are north and south facing windows, as well as bright overhead lights.

Music- Music is some kind of pop/upbeat mix, usually pretty decent. The GoodLife ads that play intermittently are kind of annoying though.

Televisions- There are TVs, some of which will play popular sporting events, and others that will just have the default GoodLife screen on them.

Staff- Staff here are really friendly, from the ones I experienced anyway. I’ve heard from a few people that some of them can be pushy for selling memberships and such.

Overall comfort- Overall, I was very comfortable in this gym!
