Overall a really nice facility! It’s relatively new, and they’ve tried to put space/equipment in here for

everyone!

Cost- $15 for a drop in, although you can get a couple different kinds of trials for free or low-cost. You’d have to inquire about memberships though, as this information changes based on promotions and terms of enrollment.

Cleanliness- Very clean!

Dominant lifting style-Mostly bodybuilding. Even though they have a large number of bumper plates, and the floor is rubber (ideal for dropping weights), dropping weights is not permitted, and therefore deters some people from doing high-weight deadlifts and/or Olympic movements.

WiFi- Unavailable

Parking- There is an underground parkade which does get busy during prime-time, but there have always been enough stalls when I’ve gone.
