Amidst school, homework and exams, we seem to forget about ourselves. We seem to forget who we truly are without all the stress from worrying and studying, and they…they seem to forget that we are merely teenagers. Teenagers with teen spirits so restless that some of us want to go through the Sahara desert, the Amazon jungles, hitchhike through Asia and then go bungie jumping! Teenagers starved for experiences in this short life, with souls so hungry for new lands, new faces, new stories from all languages and all walks of life. Or so inspired that we would want to complete a whole book series in a single weekend, or finish a painting in one sleepless night- because we suddenly got that drive and we couldn't let that inspiration go!

So no matter what we're doing shouldn’t we be living life to the fullest? When we're on our deathbeds, we wouldn’t want to regret wasting a single second. Because hey, school is one of the most important things in a person’s life, but what would it matter if you go to the university you wanted and you work the job you wanted? Do any of those things really matter if you are going to end up regretting them?

I'd like to express my sincerest apologies for the teachers that think a student’s life is about nothing but studying. Why apologize? Because I’m sorry they forgot what it feels like, to be free and to get all excited about a book for no reason other than the fact that your favorite character’s life is finally going well, or your favorite TV series is starting a new season! And I’m sorry for saying what's on my mind and saying that we should be happy, and for saying
