Before long, the guards surrounded him. “Stand up and work, for god’s sake!” A short little man yelled, poking him with the tip of his gun. Eliyahu struggled to stand up. “These are humans! People like you and me!” He gasped, trying to understand. “They aren’t humans, they are Jews like you! If you keep up this behavior, you might be able to join them” The little man laughed. Eliyahu felt white hot rage behind his eyes and resisted the urge to punch the guard in the face. The guard was pointing a gun at his head, and he realised the odds of him winning a fight were hopelessly low. “You will pay for what you’ve done!” Eliyahu yelled. “Shut up!” The guard said, growing increasingly red in the face. “This, I mean, what you’re doing here; it is pure evil.
