3. Cultivate Positive Thinking, Cut
Off Negative Thinking
Positivity and Optimism can help us
face any challenging situations in
life. Call it faith, call it religion or in
simple terms, practice. We need to
consciously nurture an optimistic
mindset. It may take time, initially,
to get into the optimistic ways of
approaching everyday challenges
we face in life. But if we
consciously take that extra effort to
think positively and cut off the
negativity creeping in from all
around and within, we can win
over it.
4. Take your time, Positivity has to
grow from within
Don’t push yourself too much
under pressure or give up on
nurturing positive thoughts. Let it
grow naturally. Your efforts should
be to let positivity grow by not
crushing it down with too many
negative thoughts. You have to let
yourself evolve into a positive
person and start interacting
positively to the people around
you.
5. Interact more with Positive
People
One way you can nurture positivity
is by interacting with more positive
people. As we initially said, they

emit positivity and you can grab
some fantastic thoughts and apply
them in your life. Constantly
interacting with positive people
can help you grow. You may have
heard this experiment done with
two plants. One of them was
subject to daily dose of negativity
and pessimism. The other one was
given a very positive nurturing. The
negative plant died away very soon
because
of
the
negativity
surrounding it and the positive
plant thrived because of the good
things it was open to. Subject our
minds to positivity and it will
flourish too. Reading positive
books will also help as much.
6. Practice Gratitude
One of the most important aspects
of a positive attitude is gratitude.
The more we practice it, the better
we feel. Thanking people who have
helped us even in the smallest of
things can help improve our
thinking process. Gratitude should
