THOUGHT FOR YOUR SOUL
come from deep within and it must
be shared with the people who
have helped us. Call them up or
write a personal note to make
them understand how their
goodness has helped you. This will
not only motivate you to help
others but also motivate them to
help more people. Even though
genuinely helpful people never
expect people’s acceptance, it will
definitely make them feel good and
keep them motivated.
7. Self-Analysis helps
We should spend some time
analysing ourselves every week if
not every day. Noting down what
good we did in a day before we
sleep is a good way to keep us
motivated to do more good. If you
repent some negative thoughts you
had during the day, that’s a good
sign too! Finding faults in self to
correct them helps you grow. So,
note them down to keep you
motivated to feel good and do
more good. It will stimulate more
grey cells to turn green and induce
positivity.
THE DREAM BOX
8. Evaluate Situations Positively
It is natural for us to feel frustrated
or bad when someone talks or
does wrong to us. Instead of
straightaway getting into a
defensive mode and let the
negative take over, let us spend 5
minutes trying to step into their
shoes and think of any reason that
might have triggered the entire
issue. What is right for you may not
be right for another. Similarly, what
is right for them may seem wrong
for you! So instead of jumping into
assumptions, stay calm and let your
optimism take over your thoughts.
9. Stay Busy
They say, “An idle mind is a devil’s
playground!” So, keep yourself
occupied physically and mentally so
that you don’t give space for the
pessimistic Devil to step in and
start the negative thoughts!
There’s only one life, why lose it to
pessimistic thoughts and talks?
Think positive, stay positive and
talk positive.
