My overall experience was an excellent and successful one. It was a lot of hard work but payed off well in the end, I’m so proud of myself.

My advice: study and work hard and find out about different cuisine. To enter into a competition it takes a lot of time and effort, and u have to be confident in your dishes. Always pay close attention to what the judges say to the contestant before you so you can improve on your dish.
