The Chefs, their experiences and advice.

My visit to The Taste of the Caribbean was a tremendous experience and a lot of fun. As a team ,we had to work together to achieve our goals. Without teamwork we wouldn't have been able to accomplish and execute our task effectively and bring home 13 medals.

My advice to chefs ,bartenders,and other competitors;

Chefs

* Be a team player where you work

* Be creative when making dishes, that not only taste good but look exquisite as well

* Also create exciting and colorful dishes that both local and international people may enjoy

Bartenders

* Create exotic cocktails that are mouth watering, colorful and appealing

* When creating cocktails make sure the ingredients are right on spot for the taste and aroma , even the appearance of the finish product

* As a mixologist it is your duty to make sure the cocktails you make are memorable and delicious when a guest, friend or a family member tastes it

* Always give your cocktail a name that sells

Competitors

* As competitors you should take part in the Taste of Jamaica .
