Being organized can prevent and even eliminate a great deal of stress in a busy woman ' s life. It decreases the likelihood of forgotten and overlapping appointments, unfinished errands as well as missed family and personal time. Arrange your schedule to allow for only as many activities as you have time for. Prioritize those activities. And be sure to schedule in some " me " time. No excuses.
