Mom sure did love her chocolate

One time when we were in Maine , I fixed lemon pudding cookies at Mum ’ s . They turned out fine , but Mum didn ’ t care for them . In her mind there ’ s only one kind of cookie : chocolate chip .
She taught me when you ’ re making them , don ’ t follow the recipe for chocolate chips . Always dump in more .
Mum used a certain saucepan , with a long handle , for making the cook and serve kind of chocolate pudding . She also had a certain wooden spoon that was only used for stirring chocolate pudding . That spoon ’ s oval
I have been involved in Emergency Medical Services since my first job as an EMT in 1973 . EMS have come a long way since 1973 . Then , when help was needed , there was no 911 system . It took several precious minutes to dispatch the call and find the address in the map book before even starting the run .
On arrival we would take vital signs , load up and transport as quickly as we could to the nearest hospital . Our company was considered state of the art because we did vital signs . Now , in Coshocton County we are worlds better than that . As retired medical director , I am proud to have participated in much of this growth . EMS calls are handled through an
