Coshocton County is home to five scenic waterways , making it the perfect place to plan your next kayak or canoe trip . River access points are located along these rivers for easy access .
Let Roscoe Village Canoe Livery , located on the Muskingum River in Coshocton , help with your plans . It offers a variety of watercraft rentals including canoes , kayaks and tubes . Available for age 11 and up , no matter the skill level , its two-hour , 4.5-mile trips include transportation to the starting point on the Tuscarawas River . Trips end just south of the confluence with the Muskingum River at The Boathouse Tavern .

The McWane River Walk is a multi‐use path that runs through city blocks and scenic areas near the Walhonding and Tuscarawas rivers , passing by the confluence where the Muskingum River forms . The trail then joins the Lake Park Connector Path , which offers safe passage under state Route 36 to the Coshocton Lake Park fields and aquatic center , Eagle Ridge Disc Golf Course , and Historic Roscoe Village . Along the route are benches and picnic tables . The McWane River Walk is made possible by a donation from McWane Ductile .

Fly Eagle Ridge Disc Golf
Course features 18 holes with elevation changes and three ponds that come into play . There are short tees for casual players and long tees to challenge even the most advanced . The course is open to the public from dawn to dusk and is free to play . It also offers extensive asphalt paths and trails for those wishing to walk , jog , hike or bike .
The course is ranked among the top three disc golf courses in Ohio . Registration is now open for the first-ever PDGAsanctioned singles tournament , The Rumble at The Ridge , taking place May 17-18 .

Clary Gardens is a place filled with trails , gardens and annually themed floral displays . Follow the paved trail that meanders through the entire 20-acre botanical garden while viewing the colors , sights and sounds of the outdoors .
The children ’ s garden features a storybook walk , vegetable garden and open space to play . Other places to explore include the rose and perennial gardens , woodland trails , and a pond .

Run Registration is now open for the fourth annual Friends of the Park race , set for Saturday , April 19 . With race distances including a 5k , 10k and half-marathon , sponsored by Coshocton Regional Medical Center , this event raises funds for local parks . The course travels through Coshocton Lake Park , the Downtown Historic District and Historic Roscoe Village .
