The first concert of Our Town

Coshocton’ s summer concert series was held June 28 on Court Square. Despite cloudy skies and rain showers earlier in the day, a huge crowd turned out to hear Romeo Delight. Several food trucks were available for snacks, and Court Square is a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area.
Tom Barcroft, president of Our Town Coshocton, said,“ Romeo Delight, rated as the best Van Halen tribute band in America, gave an awesome performance for OTC’ s first concert of the 2025 series. We had a great turnout, and it was so good to see so many people dancing and just having fun in our downtown. Everyone in attendance made sure that no litter was left on our beautiful Court Square.”
Wendy Haney and her family were among the crowd at the concert.“ The summer concert series always provides an enjoyable experience for friends and family to socialize and enjoy being outside in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.”
“ It’ s a great time listening to great music,” Kristi Schonauer said.“ We make it a family affair with my dad, friends, kids and grandkids. It’ s also fun to run into friends you haven’ t seen in a while and catch up. These concerts are great events for our community.”
Bambi Zinkon said,“ So good until they stop playing.”
The next concert in the series will feature Killer Queen Experience. The show will begin at 7:30 p. m. on Saturday, July 19. Visit OTC’ s website at www. ourtowncoshocton. org for information about upcoming concerts and events.
