Stick random patches of black
on Burt.
Make a patch of brown. You
can either mix your own brown.
I’m lazy so a take a bit of precoloured chocolate fondant and
knead it together with about 3
to 4 parts of white fondant.
Stick on random patches of
brown. At this point I also
rolled out a small sausage from
brown fondant and attached it
between the head and body to
form the neck.
Add the eye wrinkles and eye
brows.
Make a semi-circle by rolling
out a ball then flattening one
side. Slice the circle in half and
attach them on each side of the
face to form eyelids.
Make a slit under each eyelid for
eyes.
Use your Dresden tool to make
the eye sockets by inserting
the tool in the slits and nudging
the fondant upwards and
downwards.
