Mrs. Claus
You will need:
• Black fondant
• Red fondant
• White fondant
• Buttercream
• 7cm circle cutter
• 6cm circle cutter
• 2cm poinsettia leaf cutter
• Pink shimmer
• Lime green food dye
• Wilton modeling tool with
a semi-circle tip
• Paint brush
• Craft knife
• Fondant roller
• Fondant pad or mat
• A cupcake
Step 1:
Step 2:
Roll out a small proportion of skin
coloured fondant and use a 7cm
circle cutter to cut.
Using a 6cm circle cutter cute out a circle
and with a craft knife cut it into half.
Mould out 2 small black and 3 small
skin coloured 0.5 cm circles.
Also use a craft knife to cut out 2,
1.5cm eyebrows

Apple the previous cut out white
circles and use the 7cm circle cutter
to trim off the excess.Apply the
fondant face pieces onto Mrs. Claus.
