red fondant circle and then cut out
two thirds.
Using paint brush and water, apply
on the red cut out fondant onto Mrs.
Claus.

Use a craft knife cut out a 7cm red
fondant strip. Mould a small 0.5cm
ball and with a 2cm poinsettia leaf
cutter, cut out three leaves.
Using the wilton blade tool add
details to the hat and hair of Mrs.
Claus.

Apply the cut out shapes to Mrs.
Claus and add pink shimmer to the
apples of her cheeks.
The final product, Mrs. Claus!
