Christmas Bear
You will need:
• Black fondant
• Red fondant
• White fondant
• Buttercream
• Brown gel paste food dye
• 7cm ,6cm, 2cm, 1cm circle
cutters
• Wilton modeling tool
• Craft knife
• Fondant roller
• Foam pad or mat
• Pink food shimmer
• A cupcake
Step 1:
Step 2:
Roll out a small proportion of white
fondant and use a 7cm circle cutter
to cut.
Using a 6cm, 2 cm and 1cm circle
cutter , cut out the shapes for the
bears face.
For the two small black dots mould
them by hand.
Step 3:
Step 4:
Adhere cut out shapes onto the
white topper with a paintbrush and
water to form the bear’s face
Add a smile to the bear with Wilton
pointy modeling tool or use a tooth
pick.
