To cover the board, roll out black fondant
to about 2mm thick.
Cut a small circle in the middle and cut
one side.
Place the black fondant on the board,
arrange the fondant and secure with
little moisture.
Trim the excess fondant.
Smooth the black fondant with a cake
smoother.
Decorate the teddy with santa’s hat, red
scarf and a medium star.
