students all over the world his creative flair and
attention to detail in each and every class and
workshop.
His easy going personality has seen him travel all
around Australia and Asia, teaching his unique style
to both professionals and hobbyist decorators, some
of whom have gone on to run their own businesses
and cake decorating schools.
Handi has appeared in the media many times,
including television appearances on Masterchef
Australia, series one and two, The Morning Show,
Disney Channel and just recently Masterchef
Indonesia.
He has created cakes for countless celebrities
including Oprah Winfrey on her visit to Australia for
her series finale.
