Weigh 2 x 80gm fondant for the arms. Roll the both pieces of fondant into a
sausage shape. Roll one side of the sausage with your fingers to create the
wrists flatten and cut 1/3 on a wedge for thumb.
Attach one hand to the body and insert the other hand to the skewer reaching
up.

Roll out a light brown fondant to a golf ball size then flatten to a disc shape. Cut
the disk shape in half and curve to form one ear. Repeat to the other side of the
ear. Attach the ear to teddy’s head with little moisture.
