Assemble the Gingerbread house
using royal icing and decorate with
desiccated coconut and icing sugar. We
used gelatine leaves for the windows.

TIP : Any scraps or off cuts of gingerbread
can be saved for later and used for my
Caramel Pecan & Gingerbread Sundae
recipe.
