se any leftover dough to make christmas cookies and enjoy them
around the tree with your family on christmas eve with a glass of
eggnog and christmas carols.

You will need:
1x quantity Gingerbread recipe (see page 124)
Royal icing
Cake board
Lollies to decorate
Square cutter or small sharp knife
Gelatin sheets for the windows
