You could say that I am known for being a
christmas fanatic. I just adore the silly season
and everything that comes with it!
My gingerbread recipe is famous amongst all
my family and friends and I’m always getting
requests to bring one along to family christmas
gatherings. I love tradition and that’s where
my gingerbread recipe comes from. I use a
traditional mix of spices with the addition white
pepper to give my gingerbread a unique and
more sophisticated taste. I also love the recipe
because you can decorate it any way you like!
You can go crazy and piles mounds of brightly
coloured boiled lollies onto it or even use
different coloured piping. But I opt for the more
traditional white version as I personally feel that
there is something really special and elegant
about a white christmas. I decorate my tree too
with only white, silver and clear glass ornaments
in a winter woodland theme.
