BASIC CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Recipe
125ml fresh cream
500g couverture chocolate (White / Milk / Dark)
Alcohol or avouring essence
Chopped nuts, vermicelli, coconut
Melt the chocolate in a microwave oven for two
minutes on high or in a double boiler.
