Chocolate Truffle Cake
This simple method of assembling your own
home made chocolate truffles into a magnificent
chocolate centerpiece is quick and easy.

Use hard masonite cake boards. Place thin double sided tape around the
circumference of the board. Stick cookie cups onto the double sided tape.
Place the chocolate truffles into the cookie cups. Use small round polystyrene
boards as pillars between the layers of board. Use a small plastic chandelier in
