E
very year, the holidays bring
in a special sense of unity.
Thanksgiving, especially, pro-
vides people with a time to re-
flect on all they are grateful for in
their lives. Before Thanksgiving, the
Villager asked what community mem-
bers were thankful for. Here are their
answers:
“I am thankful that my four grand-
daughters (two by each of my children)
were able to spend time together in
Paris with me last June. It was the first
visit for two of them — the other two
live there.”
