The company was established in October 2013 by managing members Edith Bujnoch and Joanne Soward, incorporated in the State of Texas and is operated in Corpus Christi, Texas. After running a widely successful event planning business which booked over 90 weddings per year, Edith Bujnoch and Joanne Soward searched for a more secure, transparent, and easy-to-use platform for event management. As the result, AVA was created to efficiently and effectively facilitate the planning process from start to finish.
