AVA retains full copyright of programming code and trademark logo.

AVA was granted membership into the incubation program at the Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center. The membership allows AVA to access to useful business resources.

Industry Need

The need for a client to view their project status, have vendor contact information and have access to receipts and contracts became very real this year as Justin Olle of Justin Lee Designs in Corpus Christi misapplied over $180,000 and since been sentenced to 15 years in prison for this crimes. This is after last year's scam by ChaCha Events in 2012, where that company left town with over $86,000 in deposits. The air of mistrust produced by these types of scandals, locally and nationwide, created a direct need for a system where brides, clients, vendors and employees can clearly see progress on their event in real time.

With the highly secure portal system, clients, vendors and employees can view events and add info but can not change event planner information.

With security, transparency, availability online and ease of use, AVA truly brings the event planning industry a smart, sophisticated and simple platform to conduct their business with confidence and honor. At the same time, AVA protects the event planner by having documentation of every step of the planning process, which can be a blessing should something be questioned. As event planners are usually sole proprietors and have their unique way of running their business, AVA is completely customizable to fit into their work flow.

Goals and Objectives

Our goals are to acquire 697 subscribers in the next 3 years which is 0.12% of all event planners in the US or 36% of Association of Bridal Consultant members.

Convert 300 clients, which have used a competitive software platform.

Gain 150 users that have not used technology in their business before.
