AVA is the only highly secured cloud-based, event-planning platform that incorporates customer relationship management (CRM) and vendor, portfolio, and operational management, resulting in tremendous savings of time, effort, and money.
It is sold as a monthly subscription, based on the number of active events. There is a one-time, 1 hour consultation with a client service representative to set up their custom proposal, explain creating proposals, clients, workflows and reports of $350.00. It also includes tech support at no charge to the client.

Experienced event planners, handling multiple events, have several office staff, see a need for cloud-based software platform such as AVA.
Who We Are
We are a mother/daughter team who dreamed of a better way to plan destination weddings. We were planning over 90 events a year in our company, JoJo and Edie Enterprises, LLC, dba, Port Aransas Beach Weddings and needed a more cohesive way to run our business. After seeing what other professions, (photographers, videographers) used to streamline their business operations, we created The AVA Method, incorporated as an LLC, began using the software for our operations. We are managing partners in The AVA Method, LLC also.
The AVA Method, LLC, is operated by Joanne controlling 75% ownership and Edith with 25%. As Joanne is responsible for day-to-day operations and client relations, she retains the larger share. Edith is working full time as a Family and Consumer Science teacher and is available on weekends and summer breaks. During summer breaks and holidays, they travel together to events to promote AVA as a team to the industry.
