If there are 10,000 people in your community and you have a quality , high-contact relationship with 20 % or 2000 , I ’ d say you ’ re going to be busier than a one-armed paper hanger . Here ’ s why :
While numbers vary , a 5 % annual turnover of homes in any one area is considered average .
But let ’ s be conservative and call it 4 %.
4 % of 2000 homes is 80 sales a year ! … and that ’ s before the ripple effect .
