Here ’ s how I look at real estate prospecting :
This morning , someone in your area , woke up and decided to call an agent to either get their property on the market or find out how much their real estate asset is worth because they ’ re preparing to sell .
If that person didn ’ t call you , it can only be because they don ’ t know you and there is no relationship .
The more relationships you have with property owners in your area , the more referrals , listings and sales you will record in any one period of time .
