We are not asking for perfection here, just for you to do your best as much
as you can. And if you "fall off the wagon", who cares? Just get right back
to eating healthy and forget about the past! Don't go into a downward spiral
of out-of-control eating for days and weeks like most that fall off a "diet"
and do more damage than good.
