So here are the guidelines that you must follow over the next 21 days.
• Complete your goal setting prior to starting
• Must take a before photo/ this will be used as a guide of your progress
(most important)
• Take waist/hip measurements
• Take you weight (use assessment tracker provided)
• Follow all the exercise and nutritional guidelines outlaid.
• Fill out and complete all exercise and nutrition sheets provided on the
appropriate days.
• Watch the exercise videos to ensure you are doing the exercises
correctly and safely
• Have fun and work hard!
