Blueberry Ice Cream
• 2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
• 1/4 Cup Whey Protein (Vanilla)
• 1/2 Cup Almond or Regular Milk
Thaw the blueberries for 5-10 minutes, or microwave for 15 seconds. Get all the
ingredients and blast them in your blender. If the berries are too frozen it wont
blend and if they are too soft you’ll end up with soup!
