The Importance of Christian World Views in Business

Have you ever been confronted with the fear of voicing your opinion in your work place?

Have you shied away from asking to pray for someone at the office? Welcome to the daily life of a Christian employee. Most importantly, welcome to the beginning of a revolution where the business world encourages faith instead of rejecting it.

Christians have a right to work in whatever desired field they crave, but what does one do

when that occupation takes place in a secular environment? Fellow employees, oftentimes, are people who are not into the “Jesus thing” which limits a Christian’s opinion to be voiced in the fear of offending someone who does not share their same beliefs. But it doesn’t have to be this way. You will often find yourself working for a business that believes religion gets in the way of economic growth. They prefer secular prosperity and encourage any and every voice of faith to be censored.

What do you do?

As a Christian you are called to surpass this manipulative way of occupational thinking

and be bold in your faith. You do not obey the word of a liberal management team but instead speak even louder. You become the very reflection that it is time to stop being politically correct and start bringing people into the arms of the gospel.

Realize that once you walk into eternity, you will have confidence in knowing that your actions on earth were a representation of your faith.

If one has been fortunate enough to work in an environment that honors the significance of a Christian view within a workplace, then they recognize that faith is a crucial part to the success of a business.
