Winning the King’ s Award for Enterprise in International Trade is more than a milestone for Paralloy – it’ s a celebration of British manufacturing ingenuity and a reaffirmation that homegrown expertise can lead the world in advanced engineering solutions.
It underpins the company’ s position as a global leader in high-performance cast components and inspires us to aim even higher in our pursuit of engineering excellence.
This honour recognises Paralloy’ s exceptional growth in overseas markets and its unwavering dedication to delivering world-class British engineering on a global scale. assemblies and components from design all the way to the shipping of the completed assemblies.
Paralloy melt raw materials( a large percentage of which are recycled from machining operations) at more than 1,600 degrees Celsius and cast them into tooling that is spinning at high speed to produce high-quality materials at any of its three foundries in Billingham.
These parts are then machined into semi-finished or complete turnkey-supplied precision machined components at one of Paralloy’ s four machine shops.
Finally, they are fabricated into complex assemblies at one of the company’ s four fabrication facilities before being shipped all over the world.
