Journey – Paralloy’ s growth story really started about five years ago when it began acquiring the business from a major industrial group.

major industrial group. With the support of investors, Paralloy accelerated efforts to develop new material solutions, which continue to patent, and which help our customers reduce their carbon footprint and improve their efficiency.
Paralloy invested heavily in people, capacity, new equipment and new routes to market. This strategic and dynamic focus has led to six years of year-on-year growth.
At the start of the journey there were two sites, 220 people and revenues of around £ 30m. Today the Group has expanded across seven sites, employed hundreds of new staff and are proud to have grown its team to more than 1,050 people, including more than 600 here in the UK.
This year revenues will exceed £ 230m for the first time in the company’ s history, another amazing milestone on its growth journey.
This is such a testament to the people who work in the company, especially as it has all been achieved against a backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic, Russia’ s war in Ukraine, rising metals and energy prices and the cost-of-living crisis.
