A song can truly be unlocked by the meaning deep within it. The message shown under it can make you understand the reason of why and what pushed this artist to write and compose this song. The way this song is presented can show the audience the type of song it is (e.g. love, tragic or pumped song). Gerard Way is known for a being a rocker, but in this song, he flips a page and sings it with sympathy and passion, he believe and been through every word he was singing.

Throughout the whole song, the chords mainly consist of E minor, G, C, and D. The song length is 5 mintes and 12 seconds. This ballad is an odd turn of the bands original music, they are a crazy, hyper punk band, like Green Day who change this song to make them be different. The beginning chords, show how the beat and rhythm will consistely consist of and it interest everyone who was in for the spin. I catergorize this song as depressing. Geward Way had a difficult way of growing up with a mental disorder, but he is overcoming it, with his friends, family and fans.

The song is quickly shown as a suicide song when heard, but the message is deeper. The light behind your ees is your uniqueness; whatever makes you you and that is to identify if you can continue to be yourself, without anyone changing who you design yourself to be. The defiinition of mine may not be right, but it is my interuptiation of what I believe this song is communicating to the reader/audience.
