first test week, the test group three had advantages in memorization and work done. The test group one had advantages in taking advice and thought that they were successful and more focused. In the next week, test group three had advantages in work done, giving advice and memorization. Test group one had advantages feeling successful and focused. So as a conclusion, I would say that a limitation can make one more social, and be more proactive in work. But with the technology, one will increase how sleepy they are and not pay attention in class or another activity as one would with less technology.
Getting rid of this problem would be hard but have many benefits. If all of these distractive technologies were to be eliminated, there will be more social contact and better education. In homes, families will be together due to humans need for entertainment. Once the connections with family have been reinforced, the kids will learn to be more social and have a source of help.
Due to the social skills improving, the kids will grow up confident and can talk to anyone. That will bring more cheer to the streets. Without DT the kids will go to school, learn, and then come home and review with their family what they did that day. When you review what you did, it is more likely to stick in your mind.
There are many ways to go about a problem. I mainly look at three possible scenarios by asking, “How can I enforce it/intimidate”, “How can I persuade them”, and “How can I bribe them”. Those are the three convincing skills and it all depends on who you are going against. Intimidation/Enforcement for the weak, Persuasion for the friend, Bribe for the strong/enemy. Now it also matters how affective it works with what you want.
An Intimidation/Enforcement lasts forever. A Persuasion lasts for as long as the person is convinced. A Bribe lasts as long as you can withstand the bribe. With this problem it applied well. Enforcement is truly the only way to go for this problem.
With Distractive Technology Removal (DTR) it brings up flaws. The first flaw is that it will eliminate many jobs in the world. The next flaw was that it diminishes the safety of a phone. The last flaw is that if DTR were to be put into action, society would revolt due to the fact that they are already enveloped inside DT.
The way to remove problems one and two, releasing some freedom is the best move. I call it Distractive Technology Limitation (DTL). This means that TV’s will be allowed two hours for shows and one movie, computers will allow thirty minutes on a non-informative web site, one hour for video games, one hour for music players, thirty minutes for apps and ten texts per person per hour for phones. Of course for safety of phones, I will set aside unlimited calling which will provide a stretch of safety and freedom for the teens.
Now it is near impossible to move this action without the consent of many. I hope that those who read this do wish for the change and take on a petition for their town. But to introduce this action, you would have to go slow. If it goes in too fast, people won’t be so susceptible to adaptation, causing the want of the original life style.
