the dawn of time, but when it was put into a little box, people decided t forget what they are doing to listen to a song. Now that problem is the least problematic, but it could hurt many. It’s okay to listen to music in the car or when you’re waiting for something, but when you devote time to it or use it while working, it becomes excessive.

Phones have a lot of safety with them, but it is abused a lot today. Texting someone is easy and fast, but when entering a whole conversation, it wastes time. If you really need to contact someone, call them. It saves more time and allows you to multi-task. There are many apps in the world that are causing people to waste time. These apps were actually

introduced to

waste the time

while waiting or

provide a tool for

a task you are

performing.

Nowadays, they

are abused and

preferred rather than work.

Now that I have given you an outline of what I mean of distractive technology, the list truly means non-informative TV shows, non-informative websites, video games, music players, texting and apps. The list is still sketchy with the video games and music, but as long as you know what I mean, I can successfully address the

problem. Technology i s affecting the health b o of teens. This p problem is big these da days. Teenagers are s sucked into these m time time wasting e technologies and when they are sucked into them, the knowledge from school disappears. So due to the distractive technologies (DT), teenagers aren’t learning. To prove this, I have conducted a study with three control groups that went through the same week but different technology limitations.
