Keep aiming higher to achieve results Written by Diane Sprules ANOTHER great few months have passed with some outstanding results from the call centre. With the new commission structure in place we have had some record commissions achieved this year; Nikki Vincent achieved 48 sales in February giving her commission of over £1,800, followed by Satdev Bhaker on 39 sales in March giving him a commission of over £1,400. This just goes to show the earning potential we can all achieve with a bit of hard work. There are many more examples of exceptional performances from BDA’s, you only need to look at the Star Performers on page 6. Well done to all who made it up there, some of you relatively new to RMS, keep striving to do more. I would just like to take this opportunity to remind you all of the additional bronze, silver, gold and platinum scheme Rohit Gill is now fully trained in solving queries.
