My New Role as Leeds Call Centre Supervisor Written by Liam James Looking forward to a fantastic year for Leeds Call centre AFTER moving to the Leeds call centre in January and having a brilliant but very busy start of the year, I am really excited to take up my new role as Call Centre Supervisor. This year IS going to be a fantastic year for the Leeds BDAs and the BDMs we work alongside! As a TEAM we are really starting to make positive strides forward and we have some little stars within the call centre. APD is slowly starting to improve, whilst we are obviously making a concerted effort to ensure quality is just as important. On top of this, relationships are really starting to blossom between some of the BDAs & BDMs. As a call centre we need to now start stepping performance up a level which I am sure we will do over the coming weeks & months! My New Role as Leeds Team Leader Written by James Greaves SINCE starting with RMS last year. I have seen It’s great that progression routes are available at the Leeds Call Centre from the 1st week. It’s a RMS and I’m sure we’ll have many more doing the great atmosphere and a continually growing varied same.
