My New Role as
Leeds Call Centre
Supervisor
Written by Liam James
Looking forward to a fantastic year for
Leeds Call centre
AFTER moving to the Leeds call centre in January
and having a brilliant but very busy start of the year,
I am really excited to take up my new role as Call
Centre Supervisor.
This year IS going to be a fantastic year for the
Leeds BDAs and the BDMs we work alongside!
As a TEAM we are really starting to make positive
strides forward and we have some little stars
within the call centre.
APD is slowly starting to improve, whilst we are
obviously making a concerted effort to ensure
quality is just as important.
On top of this, relationships are really starting to
blossom between some of the BDAs & BDMs.
As a call centre we need to now start stepping
performance up a level which I am sure we will do
over the coming weeks & months!
