Ris factors and prevention measures

For many of the neurological diseases, they are known risk factors such as genetic predisposition in multifactorial diseases. In some cases, the disease is entirely genetically determined. In other cases, the diseases depend more on environmental effects, the most frequent cause which are car accidents.

-Maintaining continuous and regular mental activity.

-Adopting adequate sleep, eating and exercise habits.

These will diminish and even prevent the effects of diseases. These good habits have been called cognitive reserve or brain reserve.
