Vacation replaces wages for the time regular full-time Team Members choose to be away from work ; it is not considered compensation . Part-time and seasonal Team Members are not eligible for vacation . Vacation is paid at your base pay rate at the time of absence . It does not include overtime or any special forms of compensation such as incentives , commissions , or bonuses .
Accrual
Vacation hours accrue over a year and are available to Team Members on their future anniversary dates . The basis for determining vacation hours is on regular hours worked , excluding overtime , in the prior year , so you have . 00 hours available on your first day of work . Your accrued vacation through the first six months will be available at the start of month seven . For purposes of determining vacation hours , the term regular hours worked means :
• For non-exempt , full-time regular Team Members , the actual hours worked , including paid vacation and personal time off ( PTO )
• For exempt , full time regular Team Members , forty hours each workweek , regardless of the number of hours actually worked
Length of service is determined by the commencement date of full-time regular employment with ICC and continuous service as a full-time regular Team Member .
