Evidence-Based Growth: Partnership with UCLA CRESST

A landmark moment in 2024 was the completion of an 18-month external impact evaluation conducted by the Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing( CRESST) at the University of California, Los Angeles( UCLA). This independent study, executed in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, marks the most rigorous evaluation of our work to date.
Led by education researchers at UCLA’ s School of Education and Information Studies( SEIS) and supported generously by Dr. Eric Esrailian, the study provided critical data on our influence in rural schools. It examined the impact of our programs on:
Academic outcomes
Student leadership development
Whole-school transformation
More than just validation of our impact, this collaboration is helping us refine how we measure longterm impact in complex educational systems— strengthening our strategies for scale and sustainability.

Strategic Memberships for Broader Influence

We also expanded our influence through membership in key national platforms:
American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia( AmCham)
Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises( UATE)
Through these partnerships, we are aligning our education work with broader workforce and policy priorities, demonstrating that when educators help shape systems, those systems become more equitable, effective, and human-centered.
