Additionally, Teach For Armenia served on two high-level advisory boards: the National Center for Education Development and Innovation( NCEDI) and the Education Inspection Body. Through these channels, we contributed to reforms in teacher professional development, national education standards, and the quality assurance tools used in school inspections.
In 2024, we also played a central role in the implementation of Armenia’ s first World Bank-funded Mental Health and Psychosocial Support( MHPSS) project in education. As the designated Project Implementation Unit( PIU), Teach For Armenia served as a crucial bridge between ministries, donor institutions, and field partners— ensuring effective cross-sectoral collaboration.
Taken together, these contributions reflect Teach For Armenia’ s evolving role from a practitioner in the field to a trusted policy actor— helping shape, refine, and implement the policies that modernize Armenia’ s education system and promote long-term equity.
