In 2024, Teach For Armenia deepened its role as a strategic partner to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports( MoESCS), actively shaping national education policy and regulatory reform.

A major policy milestone was the amendment to the“ Teacher Placement Procedure,” which increased by 30 % salaries to all teachers, in addition to their base school salary. As of September 2024, this structural reform now benefits all teachers placed in Armenia’ s regions, marking a critical win for equitable teacher compensation and enabling us to rethink our broader financial aid strategy.

Teach For Armenia maintained its seat on the Public Council under the Minister of Education, offering ongoing expert input. Over the past year, we submitted professional feedback on key national frameworks and legislative drafts, including:
