Website V&A Dundee S4 Art and Design Trip All of our S4 Art & Design students are being given the opportunity to go to the newly opened V & A Dundee on Thursday 10 January 2019. This visit will take in the Scottish Design Galleries, the architecture of the V&A and a guided tour of “Ocean Liners” - one of their highly rated temporary exhibitions which includes examples of Art Deco Design. This trip is to enhance their design studies and help with the critical content of the course. Parent Consent forms have been sent out and we ask parents and carers to pay £7 on ParentPay as a contribution for the bus, by Friday 14 December. They will be with us for a 10 week block in January and hope to engage with a wide range of pupils, staff and parents/carers through interesting projects that aim to benefit the community. Initially, they are planning to develop our ongoing poppy project which is being funded by a grant from the Living Communities Fund. Contact us Twitter
