　黃國樑也提到，金城銀行審核SBA貸款資格
時，掌握確實、正確的資訊，有些企業在別
家銀行申請不到SBA貸款，但到了金城銀行
卻可以貸到，就是因為金城銀行深入了解實
際狀況後，更有效率、彈性的協助中小企業
取得貸款。
　金 城 銀 行 近 年 來 在 董 事 長 吳 光 宜 及 董 事 會
的全力支持下，2014年預估盈餘上看1100萬
元，繳出相當亮麗的成績單。

　 a. To observe Asian Carp fish production in
the state of Arkansas last month, and seeking for
business opportunities, if anyone is interested, may

　b. SBA loan seminar on Nov. 22, Golden Bank
provided useful information, all participants were
benefited.
　c. Board members spend a warm Thanksgiving
lunch at Business group of TECO on 11/26.
　 d. To attend the 25th anniversary of Tzu Chi
Foundation USA Acapella Orchestra on 11/14.

3. Committee Report:
　 • Treasurer: Hoping the budget of New Year’s
Gala will stay the same as last year.
　 • Membership Committee: No new member.
Accompanied with Mega Holdings to visit the
customers of Mega Holdings; hoping to increase
business opportunities for our members.
　 • Communication Committee: The visitors of
TCC website is about 120-150 per month and is
increasing steadily. Events information and photos
ill posted on the TCC website after the event, please

　　TCC’ s face book account "休士頓台灣商會"
has been completed; you can find our latest events
and photos there.
　 • Activities Committee:
　　Survey data have been aggregated: respond to
information is as follows:

members in the New Year gala.
4. The review of SBA loan event
　The Seminar’s aim is to convey information to
the members, and to seek business opportunities the
organizers.
　The member who undertakes an event should
take fully responsibility for active logistics,
informing and encouraging members and friends to
participate.
